This policy explains exactly what Jining Zhongmai Machinery Co., Ltd. (“Zhongmai”, “we”) does with the information you give us on zhongmaimachinery.com. It is a B2B equipment website: the only personal data we collect is what you type into an inquiry form, and we use it to reply to your request. We do not run user accounts, we do not sell data, and we do not store inquiries in a database.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the fields you fill in: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the message you write (model, quantity, destination port, questions).
Our form runs on Cloudflare Pages. To stop spam, Cloudflare Turnstile and our server read technical request data — your IP address and the approximate country and network it maps to. This is used only to verify the request is genuine, not to profile you.
Why we use it
- To read your inquiry and send you a quotation, specifications or an answer.
- To keep talking with you about the equipment you asked about until the matter is closed.
- To block automated spam and abusive submissions.
How your inquiry is handled
The form does not save anything on the website. When you press send, a Cloudflare Pages Function checks the anti-spam token and then forwards your message as an email to our sales inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. From that point your inquiry lives in our company mailbox like any normal business email.
Because the site is static and has no database, there is no stored list of visitors or inquiries on zhongmaimachinery.com that could be queried or leaked.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is read by our sales and engineering staff so they can quote and answer you. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
Two processors handle the message on the way to us: Cloudflare (hosting and anti-spam) and Resend (email delivery). They process the data only to run those functions. If your order proceeds, we may share shipping details with the freight forwarder or carrier you agree to.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails in our mailbox for as long as the business relationship needs — to follow up, prepare quotes and meet ordinary commercial and tax record-keeping duties. If you ask us to delete your message and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for follow-up. Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with and we will act on it.
If you are in a region with data-protection laws such as the GDPR, these rights apply to you and you may also complain to your local authority.
Children and changes
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
