Tracked Dumpers & Mini Dumpers (Crawler Carriers)

Our in-house flagship — moves loads where wheels can't · 0.5–10 t tracked dumpers, walk-behind to full cab

Tracked dumpers are what we build first and sell most. The range starts at a 500 kg power barrow you walk behind, runs through 1–5 t ride-on mini dumpers, and tops out at 8–10 t cab machines — tracked dump trucks with a 110 hp turbo diesel and hydraulic double-jack tipping. Rubber tracks spread the weight, so a loaded machine crosses mud, paddy fields, orchard rows and fresh grass without sinking in or tearing the surface. Steel-track 15–20 t builds and crane-equipped versions are made to order. Every crawler transport carrier on this page ships factory-direct from Jining, Shandong.

One Track Family, Seven Sizes: Mini Dumper to 10-Ton Tracked Dump Truck

The range is one family sized seven ways. ZM-500 and ZM-1T are walk-behind mini dumpers; ZM-2T and ZM-3T put the operator on a seat; the ZM-5T adds a scissor high-tip bed; ZM-8T and ZM-10T are full-cab tracked dump trucks running a 4105 turbo diesel rated 110 hp through a 5-forward, 1-reverse gearbox with high and low ranges.

The cab machines fill most of the photos above: 4,400 × 2,050 × 2,350 mm overall, a 2,800 × 2,000 × 700 mm cargo bed, water cooling, 30–35 km/h travel speed and hydraulic double-jack tipping. Factory sheets rate them at a 45° climbing grade; the mid-range ride-ons carry a 35° rating.

A note on the numbers. Where a figure comes from our own parameter sheet — the 0.5, 1, 8 and 10 t models — we print it. Where the mid-range follows the common Jining industrial-belt build, we mark it "on request" and confirm against your order instead of guessing.

ZM-500: A Power Barrow, or a Motorized Wheelbarrow on Tracks

Buyers know this class under half a dozen names — power barrow, motorized wheelbarrow, powered wheelbarrow, track barrow, crawler dumper. Ours is the ZM-500. A 6.5 hp Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine drives two rubber tracks at walking pace, 0–2.8 km/h, with electric start backed by a recoil cord. At 844 mm wide it passes through most garden gates and single doorways.

The hopper holds 0.22 m³ — 1,040 × 730 × 590 mm — rated for 500 kg, several manual wheelbarrow loads per trip. Hydraulic tipping empties it without shovel work, and the optional self-loading shovel fills it without a second worker. The machine itself weighs 400 kg and climbs a 20° grade.

Landscapers and masonry crews run it where a wheeled barrow bogs and a skid steer won't fit: pool digs behind houses, greenhouse aisles, cemetery paths, strip-outs through a single door. The 3.1 L tank refills from a jerry can in the field.

Why Tracks Beat Wheels in Mud, Paddy Fields and on Slopes

A loaded wheelbarrow or wheeled mini dump truck carries its weight on a few palm-sized contact patches. A tracked machine spreads the same load across the full footprint of two rubber tracks — that is the whole trick. Ground pressure drops, so the machine rides on top of mud, paddy soil and wet grass instead of cutting in.

Traction works the same way in reverse: more rubber on the ground means more grip on a grade. The sheet ratings — 20° for the smallest unit, 35° for the ride-ons, 45° for the 8–10 t cab machines — assume a competent operator and a surface the tracks can bite. On polished rock with a full bed, treat any maker's figure with suspicion, including ours.

Rubber tracks are standard across the line because they don't chew up finished driveways or orchard turf. For mining and abrasive heavy haul we build steel-track carriers in the 15–20 t class, quoted per order — undercarriage spec depends on the site.

Bodies, Options and Buying Factory-Direct

Bed choice matters more than most buyers expect. The standard body is a hydraulic dump; high-side and mesh-extended beds carry light, bulky loads like fodder and mulch; the ZM-5T's scissor lift raises the whole bed before tipping, so it discharges straight over the side wall of a farm truck.

A 3–5 t telescopic truck-mounted crane fits the steel-track carriers, with hydraulic outriggers — one machine then hauls the pipe and sets it. Self-loading shovels, OEM paint and logos are routine requests. One photo above shows our assembly line with a row of mini transporters waiting for beds; that is where your machine comes from.

If you arrived from a tracked dumper for sale or mini dumper for sale search: we sell factory-direct from Jining, Shandong. Send the material you haul, the worst grade on your route and your port, and the quote comes back as a configured build sheet with the full datasheet attached.

FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between a tracked dumper and a mini dumper?

Mostly size and where you stand. Mini dumper usually means the walk-behind and small ride-on class — our ZM-500 through ZM-3T — while tracked dumper covers the whole crawler family up to the cab machines. The buying logic is identical: rated load, grade, bed size. If loads run past 3 t or hauls get long, move up to the seated and cab models.

Do you make a battery powered wheelbarrow or an electric mini dumper?

Not as a standard product today. The line runs 6.5 hp gasoline on the ZM-500 and diesel from 1 t up, because field crews refuel in seconds and work full days off-grid. If your job is indoors or emissions-restricted, write to us anyway — we will tell you plainly whether an electric build fits your duty cycle or whether you should buy elsewhere.

How steep a slope can a tracked dump truck climb with a load?

Factory sheets rate the 8–10 t cab machines at 45°, the 2–3 t ride-ons at 35°, the ZM-1T at 50° and the ZM-500 at 20°. Those are sheet ratings; real capability depends on load, surface and operator. For a specific haul road, send us the grade and the material and we confirm against the actual build.

Will a power barrow fit through a garden gate or a doorway?

The ZM-500 is 844 mm wide and 1,735 mm long, so it clears a standard 900 mm gate or single door opening with room for your hands on the handles. Height is 1,255 mm, low enough for greenhouse and basement work. If your access is tighter than 844 mm, measure first — that dimension is fixed by the track gauge.

Can I get a self loading dumper, or one with a crane?

Both exist in the range. The ZM-500 takes a hydraulic self-loading shovel that scoops its own hopper full — it is in the photos above. On the steel-track carriers we mount a 3–5 t telescopic crane with hydraulic outriggers, so one machine hauls the pipe and then sets it. Tell us bed size and lift duty and we quote the combination.

I found your tracked dumpers for sale online — how does ordering work?

Send three things: the material and tonnage you haul, the worst grade or ground on the route, and your destination port. We reply with a configured build sheet — model, bed, options, lead time — plus the full datasheet. Machines ship from Jining, Shandong, with inspection photos before the container closes.
